Building Thermal Performance Assessment uses software tools to model property plans, both single and multi residential, to identify a buildings potential to be more thermally and energy efficient.

I am an accredited NatHERS assessor with ABSA and BASIX and can issue certificates in relation to a building's thermal performance.

Using the BASIX simulation method in conjunction with BERsPro software the buildings heating and cooling loads are gauged and adjusted for optimum efficiency to achieve compliance.
